City of El Monte - Interim Utility Management
In early 2021, our company stepped in to provide essential interim utility management for the City, delivering leadership in key roles including Chief Plant Operations, State Regulatory Chief Operator, and overall department management. This support ensured continuity, compliance, and operational stability until a permanent Utility Manager was hired in the fall of 2022.
City of El Monte - Management Analysis and Technical Expertise
Our company played a critical role in supporting the City by providing technical guidance for several high-priority initiatives. This included strategic support for a Reservoir and Tank Rehabilitation, Water Meter Replacement Program, Well 13 GAC Treatment, and SCADA integration. Through our deep industry knowledge and hands-on involvement, we helped drive progress on essential infrastructure projects, ensuring they were effectively planned, coordinated, and aligned with the City's long-term objectives.

Azusa Springs Water System - Operational and Maintenance Support
Our company provided essential operational and maintenance support for the small water system serving the Water Conservation Authority, located at the gateway to the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument in Azusa Wilderness Park. Acting as a trusted partner, we oversaw well production and booster pump performance, conducted regulatory water sampling, responded promptly to system emergencies, and maintained close coordination with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to ensure full compliance with state water quality and operational standards.
